A Juicy Watermelon Sugar Cocktail

Glass: Rocks

Serves: 1 person

Succulent fresh watermelon, a liquid match made in heaven with Pampero Blanco White Rum. Supported by a chorus of sweet syrups & sugar, you’ve got a Spring sipper primed for poolside parties for when the heat starts to turn back up. Look for it in our Ole Restaurant Menu under the name “Azucar De Sandia” (translated to “Watermelon Sugar”….sugar)


  • 45 ml Pampero Blanco White Rum
  • 15 ml Monin Watermelon Syrup
  • 20 ml Aquafaba or Egg White
  • 20 ml Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Ice Cubes
  • Watermelon Sugar
  • Fresh Watermelon Triangle and Dried Lime (for garnish)


Pour all measured ingredients together in a shaker tin with ice.

Strain into a fresh rocks glass.

Top with Watermelon Sugar and then garnish to complete.
