Australian Wagyu and world-class local wines, this new series blends Calidas’s Latin-inspired cuisine with regional craftsmanship — in partnership with
Samuel Smith & Sons and our premium Wagyu suppliers
Stanbroke Meats.
Explore a limited-time menu showcasing curated pairings, wine flights, and exclusive off-menu pours — all available at Calida from Thursday, 1st May to 30th June 2025.
Each month, two ticketed dinner events will be held at Calida in our semi-private dining room with an expert from the estates.

Curated wine pairings featured throughout our à la carte menu, spotlighting varietals from the current winery partner.
A multi-course activation menu available for lunch and dinner, complete with matching wines.
A rotating selection of off-menu wines by the glass or bottle — or simply explore them all with a bespoke tasting flight.
