Join us for an exclusive evening hosted by our in-house tequila expert, Sebastian Ruiz. This hands-on masterclass is a bold celebration of craft, flavour, and agave spirit in true Poca style.
Your evening includes a Don Julio 1942 margarita on arrival (with a very special Poca Madre twist), followed by a hands-on guacamole-making session guided by Sebastian.
You’ll snack on Baja fish tacos throughout the night, enjoy a curated Don Julio tequila tasting paddle, and leave with a take-home gift bag filled with merch you’ll actually want to wear (yes, we picked it ourselves).
Expect flavour, laughs, and a few surprises as Sebastian shares his passion for tequila, his favourite Don Julio expressions, and the stories behind iconic Mexican ingredients and rituals.
