A new series of elevated indulgence.

Introducing Wine & Wagyu — a new series from Calida Steak & Bar, celebrating premium Australian Wagyu and world-class local wines.

Running from May to October 2025, this immersive dining experience unfolds across three distinct partnerships with leading Australian wineries — each featured for two months, with exclusive pairings, bespoke menus, and limited seatings.

In collaboration with Samuel Smith & Sons and Stanbroke Foods, Wine & Wagyu blends bold, Latin-inspired cuisine with exceptional regional wines, showcased through curated à la carte pairings, a multi-course activation menu, wine flights, and premium pours.

Each two-month feature begins with a ticketed dinner event, held in our intimate semi-private dining room, where an expert from the estate will guide guests through the upcoming wines and pairings.
